I have the honour to forward the following
report on the arrest of Ng Lawa Sz and Tsang Sz in British
Territory at lp.a. 9th. instant.
Ng Lam Chung, fishmonger, ShamSuiPo, states that at
1pm 9th. instant i was sitting under a tree opposite No.
21 Sham Sui To whenthree meu in plain clothes went into
No. 21 Sham Sui Po and asked my brother is your business
good. 20 men remained outside; ten in the uniform of
Chinese soldiers and the others in plain clothes. The
ten men in uniform went inside and arrested: my brother
Ng Lam Sz and Tsang S2, 3 coolie who was in the house at
the time and took them to Kowloon City.
Yung A-sing no occupation No. 21 Sham Sui Po reports
that at 1pm 9th. instant I was sitting outside of No. 21
Shẩm Sui Po when I saw a number of men going inside of
No. 21. When they got inside they caught hold of Ng LamSz
and Tsang Sz and arrested them took them towards Chinese
Sham Sui Po and then away in the direction of Kowloon
City. Some of the men were in the uniform of Chinese
soldiers others in plain clothes.
Li Kam Cook No. 21 Sham Sui Postates that at 1pm 9th
instant he was standing outside of No. 21 Shaw Sui Po. He
